"We were extremely impressed with everything about The Waterford, particularly your attentive staff. Everything was exactly as Kelsey explained in our initial meeting. Louis and Angela and the other staff members were outstanding in responding to our every need. The food was excellent, the setup was exactly as I discussed with Louis, and our guests enjoyed themselves. My daughter was thrilled with her graduation party. Her friends raved about the food and said it was the best party ever! I sincerely hope that you appreciate your wonderful staff. We will be back!"

"First, I want to commend you and your staff for helping to make our event at the Waterford-Fair Oaks yesterday such a great success.  We received many compliments on the food, the servers and staff were courteous, and you and the staff were extremely gracious in accommodating some unexpected and last minute requests (additional tables and batteries for a hearing impaired guest).  Needless to say, we are very pleased with the service we received. 

In addition to thanking you for working so well with us, I would like to extend a special thanks to one of the waiters, Fernando Gomez, for taking a few minutes to help one of our guests, who is legally blind and who asked him for assistance.  Fernando was also vigilant in checking with me about when to serve the food, and he and the other wait staff were considerate and unobtrusive in providing service to us.

I would also like to thank one of your colleagues....  He was diligent in locating batteries for the disabled individual referred to above and really went above and beyond to get them to us.

Once again, I would also like to thank you, Charlena, for helping to organize this event for us, for responding promptly to my requests for information, and for kindly accommodating our last-minute needs at the event."

"The Greater Little Zion Baptist Church Family Ministry and congregation would like to thank the staff of Waterford at Fair Oaks for their excellent service. Our Family Ministry for the past 5 years have utilized their facility for our Annual Valentine's Day Banquet held this year on February 13, 2010. This year was a little challenging because of the increment weather. However, manager Chris Cope and catering sale associate Charlena Marder worked diligently to make our event was a success. And it was a success despite the weather. The banquet manager Julio Morales and his staff was well prepared and very professional. They made sure that their facility was cleared enough for our safety. The food services was excellent as well. We would like to thank you again and look forward to hosting future church events at the Waterford at Fair Oaks."

"Even though I rated everything Excellent, it was Charlena Marder who set the bar for me and made our Waterford experience such a pleasant one. My understanding from some of the ladies (my helpers) who came to Waterford on the morning of Jan 2 to complete the reception decorations informaed me that they were not pleased with the center ballroom not being cleaned, napkins not ready, etc. However, the banquet manager on duty and Charlena assured my helpers that the rooms would be ready when they returned later that afternoon. And it was. I know with any event there are always glitches - but the glitches were worked out so smoothly, my guests were never aware of any. In my book that makes my overall experience at the Waterford for my daughter's wedding reception on January 2, 2010 - EXCELLENT. The staff was warm, attentive, efficient and friendly which is a mixture for success and excellence! KUDOS TO THE WATERFORD MANAGEMENT, CHEF AND STAFF. Charlena, thanks for taking care of the Bride (my daughter) when she arrived at the reception - giving her some much needed solitude in your office and attending to her needs."

Rehearsal Dinner 9/25/09

"Oscar was our Captain that evening and he was unbelievable! He couldn't have been more helpful and yet he wasn't intrusive at all. I never had to look for him when I needed him and I was able to be so engaged with my guests because he made everything move so smoothly and again without being noticed. That is a true professional! The same can be said for all the staff that evening but it was obvious Oscar managed it all.
Also the food was fabulous. The chef was even able to accommodate us and serve a little earlier as our rehearsal ended early.

“All of the Waterford staff was AMAZING! The planning meetings leading up to our reception were extremely helpful. Right from the beginning, I felt we made the right decision by choosing the Waterford. From that point on, I had no worries about our event. The food showcase was FANTASTIC!!!! Your chef provided the best food I have ever tasted. Everything was done to perfection and had a wonderful presentation. Your coordinator, Erin, was very helpful in coming up with questions that we hadn't even thought of. Her input as to the sequence of events was very helpful, and we were able iron all of the details out rather painlessly.

    As for the reception itself, I could not have asked for a better experience. The fact that your staff simply requested we drop off all items we wanted at our reception and they would set everything up was A LIFE SAVER!!!! It was definitely a surprise benefit and everything turned out wonderful. During our event, your staff and the head gentlemen in charge, were amazing beyond words. They all knew what was going on and what the next step was. The thing that my husband and I appreciated most out of everything was that the staff ENSURED that we ate. I'm not sure we would have eaten had it not been for that.

    Our reception was memorable and everyone had a great time. The food was phenomenal and done to perfection. Your services are above and beyond anything that I expected. I cannot thank your entire staff enough for the help and professionalism they showed us through the entire process.
