Waterford at Springfield features five spectacular ballrooms, two pre-function  rooms (each with a welcoming fireplace) and a spacious Grand Hallway with an imported fountain and a beautiful waterwall.  Our space includes the second largest ballroom in Fairfax County, seating up to 800 for a social event (with dance floor) or 1,000 for a banquet or conference.

Conveniently located near the intersection of the Washington Beltway, I-395 and I-95, our magnificent new facility features the same outstanding service, delectable cuisine and elegant décor made famous since 2000 by Waterford at Fair Oaks.  Several hotels (with free roundtrip shuttles) are located nearby for your out of town guests.

Waterford Receptions also offers off-site catering options for our many corporate and social customers.  Now, you can enjoy our wonderful food and service at your site - whether an amazingly tasty casserole and salad office luncheon in your conference room delivered by Waterford to Go! or a gala wedding reception with all the trimmings under a tent at a historical site of your choice.
